That code an anon suggested where you block out letters to reveal the true message is likely correct, and after watching the video about Nancy Pelosi "transmitting" the "Articles of Impeachment," I started thinking about that code as it relates to the words "articles of impeachment," and here is what I got:

What do you notice about this example of an ICON? Halo? Crown? Corona?

I think the blocking out of letters is exactly how these people communicate with code.
