Doubtful. He has been lead to believe that he has POTUS wrapped around his finger. That's actually not possible. Therefore, Trump has Fauci wrapped around his finger. Dr. Fauci does not appreciate the danger or peril of his current celebrity. But it has quite clearly gone to his head.
