So, basically a portion of America is fucked and loses everything, jobs, liberty, life, etc and another portion is not, in an unequal distribution of the two outcomes. Or, every American is a little bit less, but equally fucked. Great theory. WTF? What good is the Great Awakening when the country is irreparably damaged when it happens?
