Fauci and deb are speaking as if they are delighted to be on stage everyday as the country experts. Regardless of the dire situation they are narrating, they are happy.
Debi speaks as if she is a number cruncher and has little idea of what the humane factor is. Fauci is an actor and very expressive, happy, sad, worried, etc. He seems delight to be the one to give us warnings.
