Narcissism is mental illness.

Many people are narcissists and dont know it, but there are the people who are faking it subconsciously so as to not offend anyone because they're afraid of social excommunication. Then you have the real narcissists which is what Q is fighting.

Because the people were fighting dont deserve a voice.

the narcissists who broke free from the looney bins would pro create and start normalizing their behavior among the American people. Then the internet came out with no laws attached to it and all the narcissists who otherwise were conditioned to copy their good fellow man, would start having a voice and extorting others for control.
