Q, I actually think the "geniuses" on your end may have too low a opinion of the rest of the population. Having served for 21 years, I know how the military members think about the civilians. I also know how officers think. That may be your problem. I have met very few officers who think even the members of the military under them (NCO's and enlisted) are smart enough to handle their jobs. This is a failing of the officer corp and has been forever. We see it in the former officer managers in the VA and every where else the officers end up. Without the dedicated NCO's in the service, the military would "manage" themselves into ruin. If you want to fix this slow process of "game theory", put NCO's in charge at the VA… and put them in charge of this operation. The America People are smarter than you give credit. You have all the evidence. You have it all. You pointed out the Bill of Rights… We the People demand the evil be removed.
