Depends on your state's laws, but probably not - I've never heard of that law being applied to government officials in ANY state. Better bets are Federal civil rights violations and (if you have really good proof) civil RICO. Personally I would look to Fed laws to do something like that - why sue a politician in his own state courts? That's like picking a fight with your rival in his own back yard with his family all standing around, and expecting to walk out the winner.

I'm not trying to be mean to you, but you will get no sympathy from me. This isn't a place for quitters. This is a psychological and cognitive battlefield. Anyone who wants to walk away because they are turned off, SHOULD.

Just like every other battlefield, the simple fact is that sympathy is just a word between shit and syphilis in the dictionary.

General rule of thumb is, being in the middle of a battlefield is a shitty place to learn you weren't cut out for the fight, but it you do, run like hellโ€ฆso someone else doesn't have to carry your ass.

Completely debunked about 3 minutes after it was first posted. I was one of the debunkers.

It was a dumbfuck clown op to identify anon IP's. The idiots posted a bunch of caps of supposed web pages that went back years (2017 and earlier iirc). But a quick whois lookup search showed the page didn't come into existence until early 2019. Utterly impossible, ergo clown shit.

Stay away from it. Tell others.
