Governors who arrest people for some failure to abide by social distancing just reveal themselves as the traitors they really are.

There is a reason why the Surgeon General stressed the voluntary nature of the recommendations. Doing your civic duty is a choice. Leaving it to satanic cops and governmors to decide whether you strayed too far from your house or sat too long on a park bench are fascists, plain and simple.
