But they would have pissed it away on consultants and studies, and contracts to their friends for overpriced services.
Instead the cash goes to the people. Who turn around and SPEND THAT MONEY which pumps it right into the economy, where it lands in their neighbors' pocket who then spend it and on and one.
Now some folks might buy Made In China products, but I expect that the majority will avoid that like the plague, and buy American or Canadian or Mexican or UK products.
