fact hospitals have gotten significant larger as they became parts of larger corporate businesses - bigger is better she says

fact: states already oversee and regulate healthcare with a multitude of state and county agencies to assist in the management of healthcare. bigger is better she says

fact: the federal government has a variety of agencies duplicating the state agencies to provide oversight of the states and a one-size-fits-all agenda. bigger is better she says.

Fact: a list of all the government agencies and programs that provide or assist in healthcare would not fit on bread worth of posts. bigger is better she says.

fact: citizens already have opportunity for insurance thru an employer or the exchange system established by the government. in pushing legislation they always equate having insurance is having healthcare. the difference in a nationalized system is you pay somebody else thru taxes. bigger is better she says

fact: hospitals often claims the government does not provide sufficient reimbursement of healthcare expenses. bigger is better she says.

fact: states failed to review their epidemic and contagion emergency plans. states failed to direct healthcare providers to review and train in emergency plans. states and healthcare providers failed to inventory and order medical supplies in advance of a serious epidemic. states failed to coordinate in state and other states to assist and supply in the event of a serious epidemic. bigger is better she says.

FACT: Congress failed to pass many appropriations before the Oct 1 fiscal year and is a problem repeated annually. bigger is better she says.

FACT: when Congress did finally pass appropriations for FY2020 on Dec 19, 2019, the CDC line items for "immunization" and for :public health response" were reduced $660 million from FY2019. Bigger is better she says

Bigger and Government management is NOT better healthcare as government has proven year after year they can not even manage a slice of healthcare management.

Was thinking people who are deemd non-essential" by their governors should band together in civil disobience.

Once or twice a week, at a designated time, hundreds or thousands of citizens should self-isolate within their vehicles and drive around their community (obeying all traffic laws) for an hour or two.

Citizens have paid their registration, inspection, and insurance fees for their vehicles and should be permitted to use them. Driving around will use a small amount of gas and the purchase of gas will assist states in maintaining the roads. If everybody is in a vehicle and obeying traffic laws, they are self-isolated and not posing a heath risks.
