I've been busy on this so sorry if late to the party. I matched the dates with the sticker locations on the sheet to see if there was anything that stood out. 4/5 and 4/6 look like they were specifically chosen to be removed in an irrational order and the torn sticker makes sense it could have been selected for 3/29 but it was not and 3/29 was written with no sticker where 4/3, 4/4, and 4/7 were not written at all, hence no sticker. Anons have fun with this, I'm going back to trying to decipher and see what happened on those dates that "sticker" out.
