I guess I understand the logic with it not being foodborne, but it just seems wrong:

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Md. (WDVM) — "According to the Washington County Health Department, restaurants in the county will not be shut down by the health department if one of their staff members is infected with COVID-19.

The Health Department says this is because COVID-19 has not been proven to be a foodborne illness. Restaurants are also not required to tell the public if a staff member has tested positive for the virus.

“We would not close a food service establishment because of COVID-19,” said Washington County Health Department Deputy Health Officer Medical Director Diana Gaviria.

The FDA released guidelines for restaurants to follow if a staff member does become infected, which includes disinfecting the restaurant."

2017: "The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is once again shattering donation records at the University of Washington, this time with a $279 million grant to continue and expand pioneering programs that measure health around the globe.

The money will fund another decade of work at the UW’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), which was founded 10 years ago with a $105 million Gates grant that was at the time the largest gift in UW history.

That record was eclipsed three months ago by $210 million from the foundation for a new building to house IHME and the Department of Global Health — which was also funded by Gates."

That house must be the target of an overwhelming amount of surveillance. I wonder if it has lead-lined walls or some other measures. Might even be connected to a tunnel system. Craig Spence lived in that area back in the 80's [Kalorama], using his house to set up people for blackmail.

I would expect satellite to be trained on the house:

2003: "A surveillance satellite, in addition, can detect human speech. Burrows observed that satellites can "even eavesdrop on conversations taking place deep within the walls of the Kremlin." Walls, ceilings, and floors are no barrier to the monitoring of conversation from space. Even if you were in a highrise building with ten stories above you and ten stories below, a satellite's audio surveillance of your speech would still be unhampered. Inside or outside, in any weather, anyplace on earth, at any time of day, a satellite "parked" in space in a geosynchronous orbit (whereby the satellite, because it moves in tandem with the rotation of the earth, seems to stand still) can detect the speech of a human target. Apparently, as with reconnaissance in general, only by taking cover deep within the bowels of a lead-shielding fortified building could you escape audio monitoring by a satellite."

2013: "Plans are already in place to track births and vaccinations through cell phone technology to register every birth on the planet. Gates claims that the GPS technology would enable officials to track and "remind" parents who do not bring their children in for vaccines."
