>>8754200 (pb) Hydrochlorquine works only in combination with Zinc

I started doing some digging to see if there was anything natural (not needing a prescription) that could act as a zinc ionophore, just as something to keep in the house with zinc in case mild symptoms start. Not claiming the combination can cure COVID-19, just wanted to see if there was something I (we) could keep at home just in case.

Found this article about Quercetin and Epigallocatechin-gallate (also known as EGCG, one of the catechins found in green tea). Both of these things can be bought in capsule form. Some foods that contain quercetin are leafy vegetables, broccoli, red onions, peppers, apples, grapes, black tea, green tea, red wine, and some fruit juices, but you would need to consume a lot to reach the supplement equivalent.

It might not be a bad idea to start supplementing with quercetin, EGCG, and zinc as well as drinking green tea and eating the foods above to STAY HEALTHY while all of this is going on.
