So where the fuck is Boris at?

  1. Hiding?

  2. Scheming?

  3. Compromising?

  4. Holding hands with a known cabal member?

  5. Actually doing his job?

  6. Gag order?

  7. Actually recovering from a illness?

The list can go on forever. What's your theories?

Then there's this;

Boris Johnson to speak to Donald Trump and Queen from Chequers

The prime minister will speak to the US president on Tuesday afternoon to thank him for his best wishes for his recovery but he will also take the opportunity to talk about the G7’s efforts to combat the virus.

He will also have a telephone audience with the Queen later this week, probably on Wednesday or Thursday, after missing several weeks because of his illness.

Johnson has also been making calls to government ministers as he seeks updates on the response to the virus, amid continuing criticism of the effort to get personal protective equipment to the NHS and care homes as well as the failure to ramp up testing to promised levels.

His spokesman told a Westminster briefing: “The prime minister is continuing his recovery at Chequers and isn’t formally doing government work.

“He has been receiving updates from No 10 on the coronavirus response and has spoken with the first secretary of state and senior members of his team.

“Yesterday he sent a message of condolence to Justin Trudeau after the very sad loss of life in the shooting in Canada.

“Later today, at around about 2pm, he will be speaking with President Trump.”

Johnson went to Chequers to recuperate after spending a week in hospital, including three days in intensive care, when his breathing deteriorated.

He has been off work for just over two weeks, with Dominic Raab, the foreign secretary and first secretary of state, deputising for him in the meantime.

Technical Summary: Public Health England Data Series on Deaths in People with COVID-19

Some interesting highlights in this PDF;

(Purple text is my opinion)

g. The PHE data series does not include deaths in people where COVID-19 was suspected but a laboratory test was not carried out or was negative. Furthermore, the PHE data series does not report cause of death, and as such represents deaths in people with COVID-19 and not necessarily due to COVID-19. The weekly counts of deaths from ONS includes all deaths where COVID-19 is recorded on the death certificate.

5.4 Limitations of the PHE data series. The PHE data series does not include deaths in people where COVID-19 is suspected but not confirmed by testing (either negative or not done). Furthermore, the PHE data series does not report cause of death, and as such represents deaths in people with COVID-19 and not necessarily due to COVID-19.

ONS provides a weekly count of all deaths in England and Wales where COVID-19 is recorded on the death certificate (eg including deaths where COVID-19 was suspected based on symptoms and/or linked to an outbreak, and not limited to laboratory confirmed cases); these are reported on an 11-day lag.

The last highlight is alarming considering the spoopy death certificates in USA but not limited to.

6. If deaths are being reported from several sources, are we over counting deaths? We are carefully going through the data and have developed a process to ensure the data are accurate and a person who died is not counted twice across different reporting systems.

Negating duplicates should go without saying! Should be standard procedure, There is also an emphasis on this 'counted twice' in the document. Why not only collect laboratory tested results from the get-go?

–Also this document was released on April 29th as to clarify the takeover of the PHE (Public Health England) statistics from DHSC (Department of Health and Social Care) & ONS (Office for

National Statistics), me thinks some brushing up under the rug is going on.–
