What is the game here?
The woman who came forward against Biden is either telling the truth , or not. If she is NOT telling the truth, she is either being coerced by the GOP or the DNC.
So what's going on? If she is telling the truth and Biden does "step down", how is he replaced? Is there a procedure or can the DNC simply replace him with whomever they choose? I haven't found any clear rules on this.
