When I talk to people I know personally about Q and they go down the "its fake" line of argument, the easiest way to win them over is to simply ask "Does it really matter?"

Human Trafficking is Real.

Child Abuse is Real.

Government Corruption is Real.

If the Q Phenomenon is putting these topics into the public discourse, its good for the country.

Its impossible to rebut that line of thought without defending pedophilia, slavery and corruption. When the news proves the rest, they will be receptive to it and the Q seed will be planted. When the damn breaks, it will be a flood and planting the seed in advance that Q is a force of good will undermine the inevitable defense that the arrests are political.

Its ok, IMO to concede that you can't absolutely prove Q is real. Winning an argument today is less important than winning the Second Revolutionary War.

The 7000 Human Trafficking arrests in 2017 is really one of the most amazing statistics and effective ways to talk about Trump and Q. If his paymaster's will allow it, i think this would be a great 30 second Tucker topic. Bar Graph showing Trump administration trafficking arrests compared to Obama and Bush.
