So I'm thinking the release of HRC tarmac video will be released by WL, and this has to do with the drama surrounding Julian Assange right now. Vault 7 was most likely a NSA/Q leak to WL and we can be assured that there was more where that came from. Julian has claimed contact to US intel agencies and my guess is that with Q being the gatekeeper, Julian will release on Q/MI's orders and it will be in a completely independent fashion from the gov releasing it.
