Had he been the one to appoint Mueller, it would have appeared to be partisan. But since it was Rosenstein making the appointment, the opposition never said a word. Should we be concerned about possible civil unrest when the arrests happen? There are many radicals in our country who will more than likely become violent because they will be unable to accept the truth.
I just don't think that would be worth it. If it ever came to that, of course patriots would win. But we all have families that would be in the middle of the violence. I just feel like if it's going to happen, then we should be given a warning in advance so we can prepare.
