I am an ORAnon and watched the ship's surgical video. They were preparing for abdominal laparoscopic surgery. My guess is that the patient had a drain or stent previously placed in his gallbladder and they were going to go in and remove it. If it were a gunshot wound, They most likely would not be doing laparoscopic surgery and instead would do an open exploratory laparotomy. The syringe pic is a test they do with a needle to check if they are getting into critical structure just before they hook up to the CO2 and inflate the abdomen. The suture on the back table was skin suture. They had nothing to tie off a vessel, nor were there any laparoscopic stapling devices. I'm calling that notable out bc this video is simply a laparoscopic general surgery of some sort.
