Remember reading about that Lt. Col. Aquino in a old Playboy style french magazine called Newlook from the late 80s, early 90s, in an article about satanic rituals, child abductions, etc. in the US, stretching to Mexico's cartels. Unfortunately, those magazines are gone, but it wasn't an original article, anyway.
