The Center for the Study for Democratic Institutions recently completed a proposed constitution for the "Newstates of America". The Center is Rockefeller funded. To give you an indication of the type of constitution proposed, the term "national emergency" is mentioned 134 times. The document did not have a Bill of Rights and the right to own arms was taken away. At the same time, House Concurrent Resolution #28 awaited for calling a constitutional convention on or before July 4, 1976. The presiding officer of such an event would have been Nelson Rockefeller.
