How do you know 21 million people died?
All you know is a bunch of cell phones are not activated anymore.
How can you be certain these phones are not from old bot farms that have been discontinued?

The facts as presented do not reflect deaths.
Only fewer cellphones are the data point, no explanation is given.
Reconcile the reasons for data.
Deaths are but only one explanation.
Perhaps rebels had burner phones, or used for fake internet identities such as liberal bot farms, or issued to soldiers by george soros types who no longer pay the bill because say they are dead.
The explanations and data are different. Do not see one as both.
