Vermont National Guard treats first patient in alternate health facility
ESSEX, Vt. —
Vermont National Guard is treating its first patient in the newly opened Alternate Health Facility at the Champlain Valley Expo Center in Essex.
Close to 200 soldiers, airmen, and foreman with the State of Vermont worked to build the 400 bed facility.
