I just got a call from a russian phone number, sounded like a woman being hurt – pained crying. very wierd because i dont talk to anyone in russia. i called local PD, they said theeres nothing any US law enforcement can do about it since its a russian number, so I thought i'd put it up here in case one of you has an idea. i dont feel right about not doing anything about it but idk what to do.

i have a recording of the call but its not very clear + it only lasted a couple seconds before it was cut. my imagination has me wondering if it could have been a trafficking victim got a hold of a phone somehow and just dialed a US number and somehow got mine.
