This just struck me now. During the Out of Shadows video Q linked yesterday around the 17:00 mark they being talking about C_A influencing Hollywood directly. They go on to talk specifically about James Bond and how they made it to show C_A agents in a positive light.
Could the C_A twat be referring to the content of this video? Trying to draw more eyes to this doc?
