From previously notabled dig on James Taylor
The seemingly untimely and undisclosed cause of death for James Taylor of John Hopkins got me curious. And I remembered:
‘’’Event 201 was held at Johns Hopkins November 2019 (5 months ago) – a SIMULATION’’’
>In October 2019, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security hosted a “pandemic tabletop exercise” known as Event 201. Event 201 partnered with the World Economic Forum and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to explore a fictional simulation of a deadly coronavirus strain that originated from pigs in Brazil. The simulation determined that 65 million people would die around the world within the first 18 months with no way of stopping it.
From his colleagues, his work “"blazed a trail for ‘’’computational research’’’ within the Department of Biology and is one of the main reasons that I came to Hopkins” said Rajiv McCoy, assistant professor of biology.
Found one Genomics Conference he was part of organizing in 2012 while he was at Emory University:

What were James Taylor’s political inclinations? He was a Yang fan!

More from his obituary:

"James was a selfless advocate for trainees and junior faculty, working tirelessly in the background on our behalf. James was also an outspoken proponent of reproducibility in computational research. His work to highlight this issue and develop tools for addressing it has been invaluable to the scientific community."
John Kim, an associate professor of biology, shared adjoining offices and labs with Taylor in the Undergraduate Teaching Labs.
“‘’’His office door was always wide open, inviting anyone to come in to talk,’’’ Kim says. "He furnished it sparsely, with just a small round table in the middle and speakers by the windows playing a broad and eclectic selection of music while he worked on his laptop. It was an open, inviting space where I and many others would stop in to talk about science or just to say hello. ‘’’He was a great listener, so thoughtful and generous with his time. We have lost a brilliant scientist and a great friend to the many lives he touched and made better.’’’"
"…His impact is immeasurable, with thousands of scientists who have benefited from his leadership and contributions," Schatz says. "On a personal level, James was always kind, friendly, and generous, and we will miss him dearly."
Speculation / analysis:
He contribution to Andrew Yang, not Hillary or Biden. What did James Taylor know about use of the models in simulation? Was his work being used in ways he didn’t approve of, or want to be involved in? Was he planning to say something? Did he die by wrapping his scarf too tight? WTF happened, really?!
He doesn’t sound like a cabal crony. He looks like a good soul, an idealist, could even have been an anon.
=Could some intrepid reporter, such as for OANN (hello Chanel!) interview some of his colleagues.. noted in the obituary? And put them in witness protection afterward(!).=
Or perhaps see if some people at Johns Hopkins have contributions or grants from Gates Foundation, Chan Zuckerberg, Open Society, etc?
‘’’Is James Taylor our new Seth Rich?’’’
