same GM baker as was posting in baker's school thread or another? just read those posts, was busy teaching next class didn't know they were there.

actually got name mixed up, it's so late.
trying to figure out the lag out. Lag is still there but somewhat better than last night. Not really bad when baking tho, not 3 hours ago. Baking is usually better, don't know why.
