JW NWT is probably one of the most reliable Bibles ever printed. Check the book "Truth in Translation" written by an actual Bible scholar. I've read the Bible in 9 translations / versions and know the difference. The KJV is about the worst in common useage, although the NKJV is a pronounced step up. DO NOT GET THE LATEST VERSION of the NWT ... find an older copy with the black cover. Seriously ... the newer gray version cannot be trusted.
