Before this recent information there was only discussion in the news that Durham had the ability to impanel a Grand Jury, but there was no confirmation he had.
Q implied to anons that Durham had a Grand Jury on January 23rd, 2020, and this information did not come out publicly until April 11th, 2020 showing Q had insider information.
