You know the idea that's been out there that say's something like Obama instructed the FBI ect to spy on Trump and so their subversion wasn't actually subversion? And that also means that what they did wasn't illegal? And that's why they had to find out how it all started?
OK, well, how about this theory? We just heard that Barr sampled 24 "random" FISA cases and found all of them to be illegal. What if Barr went though many different FISA's and built up a case against all who applied and all who signed? But these particular cases had nothing at all to do with Trump. So- The Order that Obama signed doesn't protect those FISA's and it doesn't protect those making the applications.
So Barr could bitch slap McCabe, Comey, with a political case of FISA abuse for spying on, like, cough Ted Cruz.
If that were the case, how could it be said that Trump was trying to get revenge on his enemies, if Barr found Comey to be guilty of spying on Cruz?
