Bet a lot more catch and releases than you think. Peter Munk death/suicide was a nice touch. And you cant just arrest people unless you have them nailed and even than you tip off the other bad guys. Arrests will happen and a lot will happen very quickly. Imagine this as the biggest RICO/Mob case in the history of the world x 100.
