To me the variety of Q icons seem diverse and inclusive and not divisive.
Kind of like Google before they shit on conservatives and Christians. It never bothered me when they doodled for a holiday that I didn't celebrate because it was still functionally the same even though the appearance changed. In fact, sometimes I would actually learn something just because I was curious what the doodle represented.
