No rear license plates on some of the cars in Q London Pics that featured Lisa Page and Peter Stzrok?
Might the 8th be the host of the other seven at that undisclosed location?
Seven people traveled. Perhaps one was the mountain to which the others came.

Junction of Embankment and Northumberland
Q dropped a series of pics over an extended time. These included images of the River Thames as well as traffic (including pedestrians) on the roads near The Corinthia Hotel. Anons have poured over these pics looking for means to identify location and characters within.
Clearly this is Westminster London, UK, near Whitehall and New Scotland Yard and the Ministry of defence. And Q has confirmed the presence of Lisa Page and Peter Stzrok at the pedestrian crossing and traffic island. And Q has confirmed the location of the security camera that took some of these pics.
But when were these pics taken? There are many details that link the individual images to each other; and that link this set of images to other sets that Q has dropped. But first things first. What details help date each of these pics and, perhaps, the set as a whole?
One area to look is at the bottom left corner of NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847. This is the promenade area where the entrance to the RS Hispaniola is adorned with signage.
In the attached pic are three (3) areas on which to focus.
A - Sign that appears in Q's pic but not in other images available online (in my searches to-date).
B - Three (3) advert posters on the handrail of the ramp from the sidewalk entrance to the Hispaniola herself.
C - Entrance (under the curved rooftop) has several signs of different shapes and colors.
The Wild Card is the sign that is on its own (A) to the left of the entrance. But there may be another Wild Card which I found recently. Moar on that in a bit.
The advert posters (B) on the handrail can be described both in number and in colors. There are 3 distinct posters. As for colors, that is less clear but to my eye there is, from right to left, a light blue, a red, and a yellow, and a purple poster.
SV imagery shows that some of the time these colors appeared on the poster boards that hung at the Hispaniola's entrance area.

Apologies, here is the missing related pic. (Also broken into smaller sized images)
We need at least one bookend – either a date beyond which the pic could not have been taken, or a date before which it could not have been taken. So we look for images of the area both before and after, as it were.
So close matches to the Q pic are found in Street View images for MAY and JUL 2014. And by MAY 2015 the setup had changed to show four (4) not three (3) advert posters.

Can see three advert posters in the JUL 2014 image from reverse angle (vantage point on Hungerford footbridge).
But only one poster remained in an OCT 2014 image from reverse angle.
