There is no bakers union. There are individual bakers each of whom takes a different approach. Some approaches are better like than others.
It is ALWAYS of value to give bakers–or any anon–constructive feedback. It is useful to affirm what you like or express what you object to. This is good for the board, for our efforts as patriots. If you like or dislike something, speak up. Your voice makes a difference.
What is not good is to start throwing labels around or making allegations without evidence. That is what shills do, not anons. Stand together anons, do not allow shills to divide us. None of us are perfect, whether bakers, diggers, meme artists or pray-ers. Maintain 40000 ft view and above all, pray about board problems and try to find creative constructive ways to resolve them.

Yes–there WAS a bakers union previously but never on 8kun or 8chan. And was only a couple of bakers, not a large group–was quickly nixed.
Shills have used a negative situation from the past to create suspicion in the present. Most of the bakers who bake regularly now are familiar to anons, just just from the recent past but from one-two years ago. They have a track record of loyal service to this board. If you have complaints about specific bakers–or about specific situations–you are free to express your views in an effort to resolve problems. But please be specific–don't overgeneralize too "all the bakers" gripes you have about some specific situation.
This anon not stomping feet. Just making a reasonable argument against division fagging for no good reason. If you have problems with bakers, bring them to the bakers in question and ask for an explanation until you are satisfied. As you would do in a discussion with any anon.
