Not a techie, but here goes.
As to what information, I agree with the other anon. ANYTHING & EVERYTHING. I don't think you can cast too wide a net as there is probably a lot that's important that we may not recognize until later. Probably safe to say you can't archive too much.
As to how. A simplified answer, to me, has meant something akin to an external hard-drive. Something which, after use, remains offline (and is hopefully free from infections while first being used). What I don't know is what capabilities are built in to 'communicate' when not online. The more you learn about the activity of a cellphone, the more you learn about things you never dreamed were happening. I get the strange feeling E.T. phones home more than we know, but I would prefer not being driven off the road today, so I'll leave it there (probably said too much already). I think Stuxnet is an appropriate model to use when framing this issue.
My question is this. Should communication become 'difficult' at some point, how to we use our archived data to network? How do we communicate electronically, during a blackout on the grid, if one were ever to occur? Some families have a physical meeting place in the event of an earthquake (no cellphones etc.), but how does the Great Awakening community connect in a similar situation?
I have trouble thinking 'saving information offline' is meant to preserve evidence as anything online, to me, seems as if it's instantly copied a million times if important. If someone was able to find the raw footage of those cellphones during the SOTU speech, do you really think they could 'erase/confiscate/bury' every copy? I don't. There has to be another reason…perhaps it's like a Wikileaks dump…to be spread far and wide with a dead-man's switch waiting for the magic signal to release?
What I do know is this. Several major events have had a noticable lack of revealing footage online (or shown on television) and I don't suspect it's because they don't exist.
Way-Koh, the OCItyB, the Pentagon, Parkland, Vegas and Paddock/hotel footage…JFK…Bill and Lotetta's excellent adventure on the tarmac. For each one there is an abundance of rumors about other, yet unseen, footage existing. I think it's this last point Q is referring to…if that makes any sense.
