WHO Press Releases March 10 & 11

World Health Organization on March 10 issued a press release and guidance on schools. WHO promoted students continuing to attend schools. Teachers should teach proper hand washing and learn about social distancing if somebody displays coughing and sneezing (flu like symptoms).

World Health Organization on March 11 issued a press release that the Covid-19 is now considered pandemic, a term they do not use lightly.

So, one day WHO states children are encouraged to go to school and the next day WHO states Covid-19 is considered a pandemic. Doesn't sound like they considered the children's health. The media does not call out actions of the medical experts, the World Health Organization, but they will criticize eery factual statement by President Trump.

March 11-13 is also when governors started issuing emergency declarations (step 1 to obtaining extra federal funds and reimbursements).
