I bought 100% tobbacco, and rolled my own ciggs. after 6 months i put them down and have not smoked in a long time,

I tried quitting real Marlboros 3 times. would go as far as 9 months, smoke 1 and then a pack like I never dropped them. I did the rollies for a year and just coughed one day, out them down and havent had one. There are no chemicals in pure tobacco like american smokes. It is just stopping a habit.
