What does deserve have to do with it if they are Americans and pay their taxes?
The government is picking winners and losers based on some arbitrary top line reported income number.
Those who report all their earnings will get stiffed, while those with cash side jobs will get Trumpbux paid for by the honest ones.
What's this about deserve, again? That sounds like theft to me.

And you support the government arbitrarily excluding some taxpayers from relief. Coincidentally, the ones who bear the largest burden of those taxes.

Income and wealth are two different things.
A guy making $101k and spending $60k a year taking care of his sick mom, $30k on taxes, and $20k on rent hasn't eaten yet and has negative wealth of $9k already.
Tell me again what's fair?
My intention is to expose this preferential redistribution of taxpayer money as socialism.
