This whole video is important but go to timestamp 27:33 to see the story of woman who was abused at the wewelsburg castle which is the same castle in that documentary Q linked to called "Out of the Shadows" at around minute 42:10 The woman niki in this video has multiple personality disorder and has some serious psychic trauma that makes it hard for her to communicate the abuse but she manages to explain a good portion of what happened to her. Don't watch this if you can't cope. It's only people talking but their stories are horrific. I feel we owe it to these poor kids to not turn away just because it's horrible. They deserve to be heard.
