I just thought given her relationship with particular people, their relationship with the WHO and her being seen as a modern day 'icon' on par with Madonna. The symbolism all clicks including the imagery in the poster. It's very them.
I don't know why this is sticking out to me and I don't want to distract anyone :(
I'm just seeing and feeling themes of desperation from their side.
