I have a day job, so it would probably take me a couple of weeks to format for ebook (would like everything in a Word doc for quickest compilation), and publish for free at Smashwords, and at least a month for hardcopy.

I'd reopen my account at Lightning Source and foot the bill for the initial register and proof of the paperback (Amazon does it for free, but CreateSpace sucks and I can't stand Bezos enough to pay).

Hell, I can even make the covers, front and back. All these good memes around here make that easy.

Every text needs some editing–proofreading, editing for clarity, that sort of thing. I have a light touch–like to keep the writer's voice clear.

I haven't done photos in an ebook or hardcover, but I can stand to learn.

Rough timeframes here. I have a child getting married in June so that might take a lot of my time for a short while.

Get it together. I'll format for ebook, submit a pdf to your thread so everyone can look for those damn typos, and make suggestions.

I'll repost the final, then go upload to Smashwords. We can charge .99 to get into every major ebook store, and I'll drop a coupon for a free copy here so everyone reads for free if they want.

Ebook will be the quickest easiest thing right now. Get the message out.

I rather like the format of small chapters, opening with the Q drop, then the research that proved it. Something like that? In an ebook versus print you can include live links that take the reader right to the source material on the web.
