Any anon put together an easy how to do for this?

I’m assuming this is important because of 2 factors. The deletion or disappearance of evidence from web based archives and secondly, in the case that the entire “internet” is brought down. With all the hard lines, I’m not sure how that could be totally achieved but I’m unknowledgeable in that regard.
