Gray covers a very wide range under these world circumstances. Simply refusing any request for assistance sounds too draconian to me.
This feels like when someone wants to know where to report cabal activity, how to know if it's safe to talk to the FBI. Only here it's the US military, and in response to a request for assistance instead of coming forward with evidence.
I suppose I wonder how to get the go-ahead from a trusted source? Or what else is recommended as an alternative?
