If the entire United States is considered the "Old Guard" then yeah, it's being destroyed. Churches being shut down. Pastors being arrested. Entire country on lockdown. Millions without jobs. Deep State still running everything.
Other than one pervert sexual deviant whose arrest was nothing more than a victory for the "MeToo" movement, there have been zero prosecutions of any well known criminals. They are all still completely free. That is just a fact. Hussein and his pack of criminals are still talking just as much shit as ever.
