this can only be a "photo shoot" pic. There is no way they line up all those bombers on the runway and expect them to do anything more than pose for a picture. Air forces go into alert status such as "alert 5, alert 15, alert 30" and so on. The time factor being how soon before you can be airborne. Have only ever seen fighters on "alert 5". Bombers at best, alert 15 or higher.
