A rather obscure source, I know…is mentioning totwo people and a hotel (not 666):

TY. As far as I understood the guy, he said that he assumes that this structure had no floors, only some. Then he says that the structure (itself?) might have been nothing more than an electrical mast.
I looked at pictures of the lobby. He's right, when he says that there were not enough people, no bustling atmosphere. I couldn't find one pic with a lot of people in the lobby.
