>>8791436 DOJ Declines to Prosecute Senior FBI Intel Analyst Who Was Fired Over Child Porn Possession

I submitted this request to the AG Bill Barr after reading this post

Dear Attorney General Barr,

I have great respect for you and those of your team that are seeking to right the ship of our nation. I’ve appreciated your speeches and your loyalty to the office of the president; and your defense of President Donald J. Trump. He and we deserve your defense.

-That being said, I’d suggest the DOJ announcement page of indictments or prosecutions, of all DOJ agencies, make it VERY CLEAR why the DOJ, FBI, etc. declined prosecution.

-What we see as citizens is, we could be prosecuted for any number of things, i.e. tax fraud, and we’ll go to jail with flimsy evidence, for the same thing that a federal employee got off with a slap on the wrist. I’ve personally dealt with the IRS over FICA taxes which I proved I paid, but they threatened to put it on my record that I disagreed with them, until I paid double in FICA taxes. This took two years and it amounted to $27 in FICA taxes, I kid you not!

-I also realize citizens don’t read the statements that clearly say such as “a federal employee downloaded porn many years ago”, they don’t see the part, which means they had no recent events that required prosecution.

-Others see this as you’re playing favorites with federal employees, and regular citizens will be prosecuted for a thought crime. The person resigned but there was NOT enough emphasis on why the person was not charged.

That’s what’s needed with the last 5-14+ years of corrupt revelations about the DOJ, FBI, DOS, OOP and other agencies that’s created a need to hold government accountable and for us to feel safe again.

-I read your page daily and see the cases, I think I understand the reasoning of the decisions. That being said Sir, will you ask your agencies to spell out clearly why a federal employee was declined for prosecution or punishment. And why a federal agency, the FBI, seems to allow most employees off. We are just asking for a fair justice system. Thank you, just my two cents. Very kind regards and appreciation
