When reading #694, there is a reference to (public,/private/gov't) funding and dev (development of cures).

Gates' foundation (private), helped fund GAVI (public), to develope vaccines for (gov't) to disperse.

So who ALSO funds GAVI?

Seems to me that Q may be directing us to dig into GAVI more as there are only two hits on qresear.ch for Gavi.org back in 2018.
