Obviously a large portion of people of color live in Seattle and King County, but there's also people in Yakima who want to get into it, and the Tri-Cities, and in Spokane, on the east side of the mountains, in Everett—there's a lot of people of color that want to get into the industry but they don't live in Seattle or Tacoma area, nor should they. They want to participate in their own neighborhoods, which they absolutely have the right to do, because this is a statewide legislation.
