example interest rates, central banks make huge $ outside the nations by reselling bonds a 2% 20 yr note resold at 1% (due to market conditions) almost doubles in value. restructure likely means taking the manipulation out and taking the interest away (profit to bakers, expense for the people, fy 2020 about 460 billion budgeted), then the fed doesnt benefit the bankers behind the scenes.

we have bubbles because the fed bankers through their agents (commercial banks, etc) control trillions in bonds and when interest cycle is high they make interest and they lower it to resell binds at hige premiums.
